On Bricquebec-en-Cotentin (Manche), Guillaume Lecocq kindly opened the door a house from the 1970s which he obtained at the Bellevue residence. 50% of apartments built before 1970

The numbers are submitted: the territory of the municipality of the agglomeration has 101,500 apartments. 80% were built before 1990 and 51% before 1970i.e. before the first heat regulation from 1974 establishing measures in favor of energy savings. “Our goal is to fight against energy grids”, argues President Agglo. It is good for fighting climate change, by reducing energy consumption, it is also good for improving the daily quality of life for households and it helps to reduce their bills in this area.
