IN night between Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28, 2022 at 2:15 a.m., police responded to a theft in Chelles, Seine-et-Marne.

At 2:15 a.m the man calls the police. According to the police, he was abused by an individual who stole his scooter.

The facts took place in the vicinity of Chelles station.

A few minutes after this call the victim resumes his call for law enforcement.

The individual returned to see him. He should have returned his scooter and he should took his cell phone.

Noticed at Chelles

When the individual notices the law enforcement officers, they get rid of the phone. The police arrested him. He is indeed the person who stole the victim’s scooter and phone at the same time.
