From the occasional aperitif to large orders for evenings with many guests, the 25-year-old young woman from Saint-Aubin-sur-Quillebeuf wants above all to offer personalized products that fulfill everyone’s wishes.

On the part of its suppliers, it provides “as much as possible” from local producers but he must look a little further than Normandy for certain cheeses or cuts of charcuterie. In the future, he plans to produce his own assortment and aperitif sauces, such as tapenade or guacamole.

Eat on the go, in tune with the times

Lou-Anne Ranger, a former optician in Pont-Audemer, has always worked in the store. In addition to BTS MUC (Management of Commercial Units), she also worked for a franchise selling shoes and catering. The young woman had several years in mind open your own business, in the food sector. Today, she decided to specialize in aperitifs to meet a specific demand and “be in tune with the times”. He adds: “People are increasingly inclined to eat on the go. And then, everyone in Normandy has an aperitif! »

He has been looking for a commercial space since February and now he is getting his way. All her suppliers are ready, she has ideas for variations for her boards well in her head, all that remains is to complete the final works, rue Aristide-Briand. The planned opening is “October 31 at the latest”, concludes the young woman with a big smile.
