The runner up in American Idol Season 11, Jessica Sanchez, has landed a record deal with Interscope Records. According to ‘The Hollywood Reporter’, the 16-year-old powerhouse will release an album, due in October, which will feature a more urban flavor devoid of the middle-of-the-road ballads the 16-year-old performed on the show. The local concert promoter got the deal to sign up Jessica Sanchez on a solo act for a 5-city Philippine tour.
