Music and Melodies

Since my wedding anniversary is just around the corner, I decided to share some of my wedding songs here in my music blog.  ^_^  And one of these songs I chose on my special day is the song of Jim Brickman, ‘The Gift’.

In this video, Susan Ashton and Collin Raye are the ones singing while Jim Brickman is playing the piano. I like the lyrics of the song, and very appropriate wedding song, so we included them in our wedding song.

Now, I’m reminiscing that special day of ours. ^_^ It is not a very glamorous wedding celebration, only a simple one. We spent it with family and close friends. I wore a wedding gown, with simple pearl jewelries and not those guy harvey jewelry I saw online. I followed the tradition of wearing something blue, something old and something borrowed. ^_^

**Sigh** maybe when our budget permits on our 10th wedding anniversary, we will be renewing our vows, don’t you think?
