bonz The runner up in American Idol Season 11, Jessica Sanchez, has landed a record deal with Interscope Records.

According to ‘The Hollywood Reporter’, the 16-year-old powerhouse will release an album, due in October, which will feature a more urban flavor devoid of the middle-of-the-road ballads the 16-year-old performed on the show.
Along with this album, there are rumors that Jessica Sanchez has been considered to play the lead role in ‘Miss Saigon’ at Broadway, which is big, and also a role in ‘Glee’. These are big gig!
Although she lost the title of being American Idol’s Season 11 winner, she has gained lots of opportunities because of her talent. And for that we are very proud of you! ^_^
