With persistence and good timing, a Philippine concert tour of the American Idol runner-up and Filipino pride, Jessica Sanchez, is in the bag.

The local concert promoter got the deal to sign up Jessica Sanchez on a solo act for a 5-city Philippine tour.  The cities included in the tour are Manila, Bataan (her hometown), Baguio, Cebu and Davao.  An additional show to be held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater of Resorts World Manila is being negotiated, the source said.

This Philippine concert tour is different from her scheduled appearance in one of their American Idol finalists tour on September 21 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Her solo concert will be scheduled in October, so keep posted.
